These are mainly games that I made in my spare time while I was a student at Full Sail. They are 100% free, and you may distribute them as you please. Keep in mind that the purpose of these games was to demonstrate basic game design ability, not to sell on the top shelf of Wal-Mart.

    DESCRIPTION

    Do you want to throw bombs into strategically placed alien reactors, and get the hell out of there before it blows up? You want Tetherbomb! Do you want to blow stuff up with your space-age weaponry and hurl heavy wrecking balls through walls? You want Tetherbomb! Are you up for the challenge of navigating through eight unique levels and destroying a huge end boss? What if I told you that all the while, you are carrying around heavy objects on a tether, and the momentum of these objects actually pulls your ship off course using real-world physics? Would you still be up for the challenge then? If so, Tetherbomb is the game for you.

    DESCRIPTION

    Asteroids simply takes the old-school gameplay of the original Asteroids and packages it with a lot more graphical and audio flair and tighter, faster maneuvering. If you liked the original, you will probably like this version, too.

    FEATURES

    • Fun, polished gameplay
    • Choose from three different ships that vary in size, mobility, and firepower
    • Sidestrafe or backpedal to increase your mobility
    • Team up with a friend, or challenge him to a deathmatch
    • Levels increase in difficulty until they overwhelm you

    DESCRIPTION

    SWAP! is my personal rendition of the Tetris Attack / Pokemon Puzzle variety of puzzle games. It's the first game I ever made, and the graphics are atrocious, but the Tetris Attack gameplay is all there. If you have never played Tetris Attack before (chances are you haven't, because it never became too widespread), you need to check it out, because you are missing out on some of the deepest, most addictive gameplay ever made.

  4. MULTIPONG

    DESCRIPTION

    Multipong is a Pong clone that I developed in a day at Full Sail for a Windows programming class. For a game that took a day to make, I had an unusual amount of fun playing this game. The main fun factor comes from being able to play with an arbitrary amount of balls at the same time. You can also fully customize a variety of important gameplay variables like paddle sizes, board size, ball size, AI difficulty, and match length. Experimenting with these variables can lead to interesting variations of the game.

  5. JIGSAW PUZZLE

    This is a jigsaw puzzle game prototype that I developed as a contractor. Unfortunately, due to legal reasons I can only supply screenshots for this demo, but you can rest assured that it plays just as well as it looks!

    FEATURES

    • Realistic looking, easily distinguishable jigsaw puzzle pieces with smooth 3D looking edges
    • Choose from 5 predefined levels or create your own using a variety of parameters that determine the look of the puzzle and its pieces
    • Puzzle pieces are created randomly and on the fly, leading to a unique puzzle experience every time
    • Pieces snap together and are briefly highlighted when they match to facilitate gameplay
